Dr. Robert Skopek opened his first practice in North Barrington with a conviction that was straightforward but not yet common: that the quality of the patient experience and the quality of the clinical outcome are the same thing, not two separate departments to manage.
He wasn’t interested in building a practice that was fine. He was interested in building one that was the best, and he understood early on that being the best at everything meant being the best at nothing. So he made a choice. He would specialize.
